We do not require contracts for Maintenance and Management plans. We ask that you give us six months to learn as much as possible about your website and require 30 days’ notice of plan termination.
Hosting agreements do require a contract that reflects the hosting company’s policies.
No. We protect you, our other clients, and our team by forecasting and planning based on active plan hours for the month. This ensures we have resources available when needed.
Absolutely! We have a Projects team that specializes in website design, development and integration projects.
Our office hours are typically between 6 AM EST – 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. We follow the US Holiday schedule.
